Oklahoma – An Oklahoma Highway Patrol trooper located a stolen vehicle connected to suspects wanted in a murder investigation just after 1:00 p.m. near Sapulpa.
The vehicle, occupied by a male driver and two female passengers, was reported linked to individuals wanted for accessory to murder.
When the trooper attempted to initiate a traffic stop, the driver fled, leading to a pursuit through rural county roads northwest of Sapulpa. The chase was safely ended using a Tactical Vehicle Intervention (TVI) maneuver.
All suspects were taken into custody without incident. The driver was identified as 31-year-old Colton Beisly, and one female passenger, 37-year-old Elizabeth McLendon.
Both are being booked into Creek County Jail before transport to Oklahoma County to face accessory to murder charges. The second female passenger was released.
No injuries were reported during the incident, which remains under investigation. The Oklahoma Highway Patrol thanked the Creek County Sheriff’s Office and U.S. Marshals Service for their assistance in ensuring a safe and successful resolution.
