Lawton, OK – According to the city officials, Brad Cooksey, President of the Lawton-Fort Sill Economic Development Corporation started the presentation with a timeline of Westwin Elements’ arrival to the community, followed by the environmental report from Derek Blackshare, CEO & President of Blackshare Environmental Solutions, and ended with Richard Rogalski, the Executive Director of the Lawton Economic Development Authority. Rogalski discussed the Carbonyl Process and the Vale Europe Clydach Refinery.
