Lawton, OK – Members of the Lawton Fire Department were recognized by the Lawton City Council for their actions during a technical rescue that helped save the life of a trapped construction worker.
According to the department, the firefighters were honored for their response to the June 15 incident, where their training, teamwork and dedication played a key role in safely rescuing the worker.
