Lawton, OK – On April 5, 2025, the Lawton Police Department responded to a report of a body found in the 1800 block of Baldwin.
Upon arrival, officers contacted the Criminal Investigation Division to process the scene.
The victim was identified as Quin Heminokeky.
Following an investigation, it was determined that the death was a homicide, and Victor Bacca was listed as a suspect.
On April 6, 2025, Bacca was located and arrested on prior city warrants. He was subsequently charged with the homicide of Heminokeky.
The Lawton Police Department extended their gratitude to the officers who worked diligently to resolve the case quickly.
They also expressed their deepest condolences to the Heminokeky family during this difficult time and thanked the citizens of Lawton for their ongoing support.
