Lawton, OK – According to the police officials, the shooting occurred at 1604 SW E Ave.
Lawton Police Department officers responded to a shooting call.
When officers arrived, they gave commands to the suspect to step out with his hands up.
The suspect complied with orders and was taken into custody.
Officers located a victim with a gunshot wound and was pronounced deceased on scene.
The Lawton Police Department will release more information as it becomes available.
