Oklahoma City, OK – Oklahoma City police are investigating a fatal shooting that occurred early Friday morning near Southeast 44th Street and Sunnylane Road. Authorities responded to a call at approximately 2:04 a.m. about gunfire being directed at a residence in the area.
Upon arrival, officers found a man suffering from gunshot wounds. He was quickly transported to a nearby hospital, where he was later pronounced dead. While police have not yet released the victim’s identity, they confirmed that he was under the age of 25.
Investigators are currently interviewing multiple individuals in connection with the incident. While police believe they may have the suspect in custody, the investigation remains ongoing, and no formal charges have been made at this time.
