Lawton Police investigate homicide at Timbers Apartments after suspect found dead in Perry County 

Lawton, OK – The Lawton Police Department is investigating a shooting that resulted in a homicide at the Timbers Apartments, located at 120 NW 44th Street.

According to police, the victims were identified by their families as Chamill London and Jabari Roebuck. Authorities said the families of the victims have been notified following the deadly shooting.

During the investigation, members of the Lawton Police Department’s Criminal Investigation Division were contacted by law enforcement near Perry, Oklahoma, regarding the suspect identified as Lemondre Wilson.

Officials said Wilson was located inside his vehicle on Interstate 35 with a self-inflicted gunshot wound. Authorities reported that he died at the scene.

The Lawton Police Department acknowledged the loss of life involved in the case and extended condolences to the families and loved ones affected by the incident.

“The investigation is still ongoing,” police said, while asking anyone with information related to the shooting to come forward.
