Oklahoma Highway Patrol cruiser ranks 5th in national contest after first day of voting

Oklahoma — The Oklahoma Highway Patrol (OHP) is off to a strong start in the American Association of State Troopers (AAST) “Best Looking Cruiser” contest, securing 5th place after just one day of public voting.

OHP encouraged Oklahomans to keep the momentum going by casting their votes through the official survey link. The contest showcases law enforcement pride and highlights some of the most striking patrol vehicles from across the country.

Addressing questions about the authenticity of their photo entry, OHP confirmed that the striking image featuring a patrol vehicle near a bison was captured without the use of AI or Photoshop. “Our photographer stood just feet away from the bison to get the perfect shot,” the agency stated.

Voting remains open, and supporters are urged to help push Oklahoma’s cruiser to the top of the leaderboard.
