Two Injured in UTV Crash on U.S. 277 in Lawton 

Lawton, Okla. – A serious UTV accident occurred just after midnight on U.S. 277 at NE. 120th, prompting a response from multiple emergency agencies in Lawton, Oklahoma.

According to reports from the scene, two individuals were injured in the crash. One was airlifted by Survival Flight, while the other was transported by Kirk’s EMS to a nearby hospital for treatment. The names and conditions of those involved have not been released at this time.

Multiple agencies, including the Oklahoma Highway Patrol (OHP) and Elgin Fire Department, quickly arrived at the scene to assist. OHP officials confirmed that the crash involved a single vehicle, a UTV, which left the roadway. It was noted that neither of the individuals involved were wearing seatbelts at the time of the accident.

While the exact cause of the crash remains unclear, OHP is continuing to investigate the circumstances surrounding the incident. Authorities have not yet determined why the UTV veered off the road.
