Oklahoma – An Oklahoma Highway Patrol lieutenant visited Grandview School near Tahlequah last week, combining Halloween fun with an important safety message.
Lt. Chris Arnall read a Halloween-themed book to his daughter Kelsey’s second-grade class and spoke to students about the dangers of drugs as part of Red Ribbon Week.
The visit gave students an opportunity to learn about drug prevention while enjoying a festive classroom activity led by a member of law enforcement.
