Lawton, OK – The Armed Forces Day Parade in Lawton was described as a success by organizers, with strong participation from local partners and the military community.
The Lawton Fort Sill Chamber of Commerce said the parade was a joint effort with the City of Lawton, Fort Sill, and several community partners. Officials said the event could not have been accomplished without their support.
Organizers also highlighted that Brigadier General Costello and his family led the parade, calling it an honor to have them serve in that role.
The event brought together residents, service members, and local organizations in recognition of Armed Forces Day and the military community connected to Lawton and Fort Sill.
