Lawton, OK – Emergency responders with the Lawton Police Department worked a two-vehicle accident involving a horse trailer late Saturday night on Interstate 44 near the Cache Road exit.
According to police, the crash resulted in minor injuries to the drivers involved. Due to the incident, traffic was reduced to one lane, and motorists traveling toward Cache Road were temporarily detoured to Roger’s Lane while crews responded and cleared the scene.
In an update issued at 4:05 a.m., officials confirmed that the roadway has fully reopened and traffic is flowing normally.
