Lawton, OK – The Lawton Police Department announced it will host a free motorcycle safety course on Friday, August 22, 2025, at Fort Sill. A pass will be required for entry to the military installation.

For riders unable to attend the Fort Sill event, the same course will be offered again on Saturday, August 30, 2025, and Saturday, September 22, 2025, at the Comanche Casino.
Officials said the training is designed to help riders improve their skills and promote road safety.
The department emphasized that rider safety remains a top priority and encouraged the public to take advantage of the free instruction.
