Lawton, OK – Lawton Mayor Stan Booker will deliver his 2026 State of the City address during the Lawton Fort Sill Chamber of Commerce’s annual State of the City Luncheon on Friday, Aug. 14, at FISTA Innovation Park.
The luncheon is scheduled from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. and will focus on the city’s progress, accomplishments, and ongoing efforts to strengthen the community.
This year’s theme, “Brick by Brick in ’26,” reflects the city’s long-term vision of building Lawton’s future through continued investment in projects, community development, and future generations. Mayor Booker is also expected to highlight the city’s KidsFirst initiative and its focus on creating opportunities for young residents.
Tickets are $25 for Chamber members and $35 for non-members, with registration closing on Friday, Aug. 7. Payments are required at the time of registration.
The City of Lawton said seating will also be available at no cost for guests who wish to attend the address without participating in the luncheon. Those interested in registering can contact the Lawton Fort Sill Chamber of Commerce for additional information.
