Florida – A Florida woman, 27-year-old B. Andersen, was arrested and charged with three counts of unlawfuI se-ual activity with a minor. The arrest followed an investigation by Florida authorities into allegations of an lnappropriate reIationship between the educator and a male student.
According to the Sheriff’s Office, the investigation commenced after receiving information about the alleged reIationship.The student disclosed that the relationship began in September last year, initially involving se-ually expIicit text messages. Over time, the reIationship escalated to multiple instances of se-ual activity. The most recent incident reportedly occurred on the morning of May 16, 2025, inside the educator’s classroom before the start of the school day.
Sheriff Cronister addressed the situation, stating, “This teacher betrayed the trust of a student, a school, and an entire community. What should have been a safe, supportive environment for learning was exploited for abuse. Her actions are criminal, calculated, and deeply disturbing.”
