Lawton, OK – According to the city officials, bulk collection for residents in Area 1 will begin on Tuesday, January 2, 2024, with bulk collection now beginning in each area on the respective Mondays beginning January 2024.
Here’s the Holiday Schedule:
Sunday, December 24: The Lawton Public Library will be closed.
Monday, December 25: City offices, the Lawton Public Library, and Landfill will be CLOSED. Residential Cart Collection will not run.
Tuesday, December 26: City offices, the Lawton Public Library, and Landfill will be OPEN. Area 1 residential cart collection will begin at 7 a.m.
Wednesday, December 27: Area 2 residential cart collection will begin at 7 a.m.
Thursday, December 28 & Friday, December 29: Residential cart collection will run as normal.
Sunday, December 31: The Lawton Public Library will be closed.
Monday, January 1, 2024: City offices, the Lawton Public Library, and Landfill will be closed. Residential Cart Collection will not run.
Tuesday, January 2: City offices, the Lawton Public Library, and Landfill will be OPEN. Area 1 residential cart collection will begin at 7 a.m.
Wednesday, January 3: Area 2 residential cart collection will begin at 7 a.m.
Thursday, January 4 & Friday, January 5: Residential cart collection will run as normal.
