Oklahoma City, OK – A 74-year-old woman from Oklahoma City died Thursday afternoon following a single-vehicle crash along Oklahoma Highway 3 near Okarche. The incident occurred just before 3:20 p.m. when Veronica Higgins was traveling westbound on the highway.
