Lawton, OK – The community is invited to celebrate health and wellness at LGM Lawton 2025, taking place this Saturday, July 12, at the Lawton Farmers Market, located at 77 SW 4th Street.
Festivities begin at 8 a.m. with the annual Tomato Festival, followed by a 2K Walk/Run at 8:30 a.m.
Attendees can participate in a series of free fitness sessions, including Zumba at 9 a.m., Yoga at 10 a.m., and Functional Fitness at 11 a.m.
Families are also encouraged to join the Lawton Public Library’s Hula Hoop workshop, starting at 10 a.m.
