Educator subjected minor to indcent contact and provided him with explicit material of herself before asking the same boy to murder her spouse; charged 

Kentucky – Kentucky State Police took 27-year-old woman into custody on charges of soIicitation to commit murder, first-degree se-ual abuse, and distribution of obsscene material to a minor. The defendant, employed by the county schooIs and assigned to the juveniIe detention center, allegedly engaged in illegal activities involving a male juveniIe inmate.

The investigation began on March 27, 2025, when staff at the facility conducted a routine search of the living units. During this search, officials discovered letters and expIicit materials in the possession of a male juveniIe inmate. These items were purportedly sent by 27-year-old EIena, prompting the detention center to immediately notify Kentucky State Police.

Detectives from the Kentucky State Police launched an inquiry into the matter. Their investigation uncovered evidence suggesting that the educator had subjected the juvenile to iIIegal se-ual contact and had provided him with se-ually explicit images of herself. Furthermore, it was alleged that EIena soIicited the juvenile to kiII her spouse.

It did not elaborate on exactly how it was requested, or why, and there was no mention of any attempts being made on the spouse’s life. During the search of the juveniIe’s unit, Kentucky State Police investigators also found letters from the woman.

Following the collection of this evidence, authorities arrested the woman without incident. She was subsequently lodged in the county detention center. The charges filed against her include:​ murder (soIicitation)​, se-ual abuse in the first degree and distribution of obsscene matter to a minor.

The male juvenile involved has not been charged with any crimes related to this case. Details regarding his age and the nature of his detention have not been disclosed. Authorities have not provided information about any potential harm to the defendant’s husband. As of now, EIena does not have legal representation, and a date for her initial court appearance has not been set.

The Kentucky State Police have stated that the investigation is ongoing. They encourage anyone with pertinent information to come forward to assist in the inquiry.
