Lawton, OK – The City of Lawton said community members gathered for a Community Enrichment Department workshop at the Owens Multipurpose Center, where residents had the opportunity to learn more about city programs and available resources.
City officials said the event drew a strong turnout, with attendees asking questions and engaging in discussions about services offered through the city.
During the workshop, residents were able to receive guidance on permits and licensing, as well as hear updates from Lawton Parks and Recreation. City staff also shared information about Safe and Clean Neighborhood resources and other initiatives aimed at supporting the community.
According to the city government, the workshop provided an opportunity for residents to connect directly with city departments and learn more about programs designed to benefit Lawton neighborhoods.
Officials thanked everyone who attended the event and helped make the workshop a success.
