Lawton, OK – According to the city officials, trustees voted unanimously to accept purchase contracts for multiple pieces of property on the east side of Lawton.
The property is located just south of MacArthur High School at the corner of East Gore Boulevard and SE 45th Street.
Donna Richards currently owns nearly 40 acres of that area, and another 47 acres is owned by the Frank L. Richards 1992 Revocable Living Trust.
Mrs. Richards has graciously agreed to sell her land for $505,000, a $495,000 discount based off the $1 million land appraisal.
The acreage currently owned by the Frank L. Richards Living Trust will be purchased for $495,000, which was the appraised value of the land.
