Lawton, OK – Southbound traffic near SE Flowermound Road and Gore Boulevard has reopened following a traffic accident that temporarily blocked both lanes.
According to the Lawton Police Department, officers responded to the crash earlier in the day and closed southbound travel while working the scene.
During the closure, motorists were advised to use SE 45th Street or nearby residential roads as alternate routes.
Police later confirmed that the roadway has fully reopened and traffic has resumed.
Drivers were thanked for their patience as officers worked to clear the scene and ensure safety.
