Governor Stitt praises dismissal of lawsuit challenging Return to Work executive order

Oklahoma – Governor Kevin Stitt praised the dismissal of a lawsuit that challenged his Return to Work executive order, which required state employees to return to in-office work.

Stitt described the lawsuit as a “political stunt” and emphasized that his order was meant to ensure state employees were in the office and serving taxpayers effectively.

He expressed satisfaction with Judge Dishman’s swift dismissal of the case, stating that it prevented further waste of taxpayer resources.
